Since Kaitlyn can remember, she’s always had a passion for design.

From helping decorate at her local church during the holidays when she was really young, designing and putting together baskets for auctions, planning family parties and gatherings, and of course, making floral arrangements for recitals, hospital visits and many other occasions, Kaitlyn knew when choosing a degree to pursue that enriching her knowledge and skills within that realm of work would be a meaningful experience filled with many opportunities.

The idea of integrating various skills into a business was always something that Kaitlyn had envisioned. It was in 2023 that Brilhante -Florals and Events became established, where Kaitlyn seeks to offer her exceptional work ethic to clients seeking a classy, organized, and “bee”utiful exemplification of the beauty that flowers can offer to any setting or occasion.

Where are we located?

Brilhante is an online wedding florist shop. We work out of our private flower studio in Massachusetts to serve all of our customers wedding and special event floral needs. Our predominant focus is working with New England based clients- particularly in eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and as far as Eastern Connecticut. If you have a wedding or an event outside of this region feel free to contact us to see if we will be able to fulfill your floral needs.

When should I place my order?

For weddings, we recommend as soon as a date has been finalized that you set up a consultation with us, so we can ensure your event is on our calendar. 

(Note: Although we may have your event penciled in on our calendar a 30% deposit will be required in order to confirm that your event remains on our schedule. Deposits are on a first come first serve basis as we only book one wedding/special event per weekend. This is in efforts to ensure that we are able to provide complete services for each of our valuable clients.)

For bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements we recommend placing an order at least two weeks in advance but no later than at least a week’s notice. This helps to ensure that we can provide you with fresh blooms on the date you would like. Orders placed within less than 7 days will be fulfilled based on our week’s fresh product availability only. 

What if I need a flower arrangement within 24 hrs?

We cannot guarantee that a floral arrangement will be ready within a days notice. However, under urgent circumstances, you may contact us directly by calling us at 774-992-8491, to find out if what we have in stock can serve your request. 

Will my arrangement look exactly like the product pictured?

Because of the nature and availability of flowers, our arrangements may not always look exactly like what is pictured. However, if you do have any specific requests that were mentioned to us in advance, we will make sure those requests are fulfilled.

Do you deliver flowers to funeral homes?

Yes!! When placing a flower order for a funeral home service please provide us the name of the deceased, the funeral home with address and phone number, as well as the date of the funeral/service. 

Do you deliver flowers to the hospitals?

Yes!!! When placing a flower order for a hospital, please provide us the name of the patient and hospital. Please be sure that the patient is not being released from the hospital on the date specified for the flower delivery. 

Note: Important Delivery Policy

*For the safety of our staff and to ensure that your "bee"autiful blooms arrive in quality condition, we kindly ask that any pets (ex: dogs, cats, etc.) NOT be present at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery timeslot. We thank you for your respect in terms of this delivery rule.

What do I do if I place an order but never receive an official confirmation within 24-48 business hours?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us immediately at brilhanteflorals@gmail.com so that we can put your event/order on our calendar! Please email us in order for us to know if we did indeed receive your order and also to ensure that there was not an accidental glitch during the processing of your order/event requests. When filling out requests for weddings and special events please ensure that the email address and telephone number you provide is spelt correctly prior to submission. We unfortunately are not responsible for not being able to provide a response within 24-48 hours if the email/phone number we receive, as part of your form submission, is an invalid email/phone number. In these situations we will try again within 24 hours from receiving a rejection notification and if unsuccessful please note that your order is not confirmed if you do not receive a confirmation email from us with additional details.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 30 days notice for large wedding and special events order cancellations-unless otherwise noted.

For smaller events/arrangements, we require 48 hrs notice.

Any orders not picked up will unfortunately not be refunded.
